This Would Be Your Schedule…
- Monday – Friday / up to 15hours between 9 am – 3 pm

Your Responsibilities:
- Must care deeply and passionately for the well-being of our senior population.
- Member Assessments in the center and home
- Reviewing health care documentation,
- Being a resource for the Skylark team,
- Assisting in the operations of the center when needed
- Review and complete monthly, weekly required nursing documentation for CCSP / SOURCE, Veterans Administration programs, and compliance requirements
- Care plan development.

Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm; love of seniors
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse License
